A/R SPECIALIST with Italian

ppA/R Specialist with Italian /ppWe’re seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage end‑to‑end A/R processes, including billing, cash application, deductions, invoice corrections, reporting, collections support, bad debt reporting, and customer credit supervision. This role also supports Italian statutory requirements (e.g., VAT documentation and invoicing rules) and serves as a point of contact for intercompany reconciliations. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliVarious AR Activities assigned: cash application, billing, reporting, invoice corrections, master data, customer ledger reconciliation, and management of specific Italian ad hoc requirements such as VAT exemption letters of intent, Bill of Exchange, Letter of Credits. /liliCollection (contacting customers, coordinating with lawyer) / Bad debt calculation and reporting. /liliSales agents management: commission calculation and verification, all related statutory and contractual aspects (ENASARCO and FIRR). /liliCustomer credit line supervision: blocking/unblocking sales orders based on customer credit line and AR position. /liliStatutory audit, SOX, internal audit support, and BS Recs. /li /ulh3Secondary Responsibilities /h3ulliManage intercompany reconciliations and act as the company point of contact for related topics. /liliProvide ad hoc backup support across the team as needed. /li /ulh3Required Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field. /lili2+ years of experience in a similar finance/accounts receivable role. /liliFluent Italian and good English proficiency. /liliStrong knowledge of Italian VAT and invoicing fiscal rules. /liliWorking knowledge of ERP systems. /liliStrong teamwork and communication. /liliEagerness to learn and develop. /liliAbility to plan work independently and meet deadlines. /li /ulpMcCormick Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
