Get started by creating a profile using sign in, setting your preferences, and managing your Qualcomm job search—all in one place. **Note: Your past applications will be available when you sign in using the same email address you previously used to apply.**## 3rd Party Products Manager - Arduino, Turin, ItalyTurin, Torino, Italy* A dynamic role in a rapidly growing company shaping the future of open‐hardware innovation* Competitive compensation and benefits* A mission‐driven culture with diverse and talented international teams* Personalized growth paths and a dedicated annual training budget* Flexible working hours and a strong focus on work–life balance* For office‐based employees: ping‐pong tournaments, happy hours, rooftop lunches, and a creative, welcoming workplace* Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, OEMs/ODMs, and solution partners globally* Evaluate partner capabilities, product proposals, and technical readiness during in‐person visits across key regions* Collaborate with partners to guide product definition, quality standards, compatibility requirements, and certification processes* Ensure partners have the documentation, tooling, guidance, and support needed to develop successfully within the Arduino ecosystem* Work with Arduino hardware, firmware, and software teams to ensure ecosystem products integrate smoothly* Partner with marketing and community teams to promote new ecosystem additions and showcase partner success stories* Collaborate with operations and quality teams to support onboarding, compliance, testing, and ongoing partner performance* 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management, Partner Management, Business Development, or Hardware Ecosystem roles* Strong understanding of hardware development, manufacturing workflows, and product quality processes* Experience working with international partners* Ability to travel extensively (up to 50%) for partner meetings, factory visits, evaluations, and events* Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills with multicultural, cross‐functional audiences* Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‐on execution and detailed follow‐through* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field* Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian and Chinese is a strong plus* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.* 4+ years of Product Management or related work experience.* Experience with embedded systems, electronics manufacturing, or consumer hardware* Familiarity with the Arduino ecosystem, maker communities, or open‐source hardware* Background in OEM/ODM collaboration, hardware sourcing, or global supply chains* Ability to evaluate technical documentation, schematics, and compatibility requirements* Experience writing partner‐facing documentation, guidelines, or technical onboarding materials**To all Staffing and Recruiting Agencies**: Our Careers Site is only for individuals seeking a job at Qualcomm.
