Positions Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented 3D technical artist who ensures our scanned assets meet highest quality standards for simulation, gaming and AI training. You'll work closely with production teams and developers to identify patterns, refine workflows, and elevate overall quality.

If you have an eye for detail in PBR workflows, enjoy collaborating to solve quality challenges, and want to shape production standards at scale - this is for you.


Responsibilities
  • Establish and enforce quality standards for 3D scanned assets (geometry, materials, textures)
  • Perform systematic quality checks on production assets at scale
  • Optimize post-production workflows for efficiency and consistency
  • Identify patterns in quality issues and work with developers to address root causes
  • Collaborate with production artists to share feedback and refine techniques

  • Document quality standards and best practices


Qualification
  • 3+ years experience in 3D production, pipeline engineering, or related field
  • technical understanding of 3D geometry and PBR materials
  • Proficiency in 3D software (Substance Painter, Blender, Substance, or similar)
  • C++ experience or willingness to learn for pipeline integration
  • Detail-oriented mindset - you spot issues others miss
  • working proficiency in English
Nice to have
  • Experience with 3D scanning or photogrammetry workflows
  • Knowledge of procedural workflows and automation tools
  • Knowledge of texture optimization and cleanup techniques
  • Experience mentoring or training other artists
  • Background working in collaborative, fast-paced production environments
