Modulaire Group, a leading provider of modular space solutions, is seeking a Continuous Development Manager for the 360 department. This department aims to enhance results by incorporating additional equipment into our main product. We are open to candidates based in the North of Italy.


This person will be responsible for ensuring the effective execution of transformation projects within the company. This role involves closely collaborating with the 360-department head and other interdepartmental teams to identify improvement areas, develop action plans, and ensure the implementation of strategic initiatives.


Key Responsibilities


Analysis and Action Planning:

  • Assist the 360-department head in the analysis of results.
  • Participate in the identification of improvement areas and growth opportunities.
  • Support on finding the actions that will deliver the growth in these areas including cross-functional actions where relevant.
  • Manage the creation and maintenance of action plans from country to service center levels.
  • Develop top-down strategies to ensure alignment between different organizational levels.


Implementation and Monitoring:

  • Supervise the execution of agreed actions within the stipulated timelines.
  • Keep the status of action plans updated, conducting weekly conversations with relevant personnel.
  • Track the impact of the actions against the targets and propose corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure the interdepartmental effectiveness when needed.
  • Provide support in supply chain improvement needs.
  • Assist in the creation of auxiliary marketing materials.
  • Facilitate training for sales personnel when necessary.
  • Execute any of these actions directly when required, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management related to business analytics.
  • Proficiency in Excel (creating macros etc.).
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to influence.
  • Presenting and story-telling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on results.
