Required Security Clearance: NATO SECRET
DUTIES AND ROLE
- Oversee in/out-processing of all CSU personnel.
- Support and coordinate, in support of HR, evaluation reports, awards, leaves, and monitor other personnel actions for correctness.
- Coordinate and develop training programs, support, and execution of all training requirements for the Unit personnel (including on-site training, if required).
- Handle employment documentation and maintain open communication with employees.
- Assist the Commander in planning training requirements for the Unit and subordinated CSEs.
- Provide bidding inputs for NATO trainings at NCI Academy and support the Resource Management Officer for commercial trainings, as per Commander’s direction.
- Coordinate with Education and Training Service Line on seat allocation, training requirements, and training-related budget issues.
- Serve as CSU Naples Health and Safety (H&S) alternate point of contact, liaising with National, NCI Agency, and Local H&S authorities according to the Real Life Support Agreement.
- Contribute to the development of local policies and directives for H&S.
- Coordinate the H&S business continuity management program based on the Occupational Safety and Prevention Officer's annual plan.
- Deliver H&S briefings for new military/civilian CSU Naples personnel and those assigned to operational missions, as per current HN obligations.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Must hold an active NATO SECRET security clearance.
- Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with at least 2 years of post-related experience.
- Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an HR environment.
- Experience in H&S environment.
- Experience in Secretary Administrative support.
- Proven ability to perform a broad range of administrative tasks in support of the Office of the Commander, often in a fast-paced environment with time constraints.
- Experience in digitalization of HR administrative documents.
- Proficiency in Excel (Advanced level).
- Good knowledge of HR procedures, lifecycle management, and administrative support.
- Extensive health and safety background.
- Knowledge of Fire Safety and Evacuation procedures.
