DUTIES AND ROLE

  1. Oversee in/out-processing of all CSU personnel.
  2. Support and coordinate, in support of HR, evaluation reports, awards, leaves, and monitor other personnel actions for correctness.
  3. Coordinate and develop training programs, support, and execution of all training requirements for the Unit personnel (including on-site training, if required).
  4. Handle employment documentation and maintain open communication with employees.
  5. Assist the Commander in planning training requirements for the Unit and subordinated CSEs.
  6. Provide bidding inputs for NATO trainings at NCI Academy and support the Resource Management Officer for commercial trainings, as per Commander’s direction.
  7. Coordinate with Education and Training Service Line on seat allocation, training requirements, and training-related budget issues.
  8. Serve as CSU Naples Health and Safety (H&S) alternate point of contact, liaising with National, NCI Agency, and Local H&S authorities according to the Real Life Support Agreement.
  9. Contribute to the development of local policies and directives for H&S.
  10. Coordinate the H&S business continuity management program based on the Occupational Safety and Prevention Officer's annual plan.
  11. Deliver H&S briefings for new military/civilian CSU Naples personnel and those assigned to operational missions, as per current HN obligations.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

  • Must hold an active NATO SECRET security clearance.
  • Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with at least 2 years of post-related experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience in an HR environment.
  • Experience in H&S environment.
  • Experience in Secretary Administrative support.
  • Proven ability to perform a broad range of administrative tasks in support of the Office of the Commander, often in a fast-paced environment with time constraints.
  • Experience in digitalization of HR administrative documents.
  • Proficiency in Excel (Advanced level).
  • Good knowledge of HR procedures, lifecycle management, and administrative support.
  • Extensive health and safety background.
  • Knowledge of Fire Safety and Evacuation procedures.
