Offer Description
The selected candidate will conduct research within the DIANA project, contributing to activities across WP1, WP2, and WP4. The work will focus on the methodological and technological development of a digital twin- and artificial intelligence-based decision support system for pediatric type 1 diabetes managed with multiple daily injections. Within WP1, the candidate will contribute to defining system requirements and co-designing the system with the stakeholders. Within WP2, the candidate will refine the ReplayBG digital twinning framework and develop artificial intelligence algorithms for therapeutic decision support. Within WP4, the candidate will contribute to the clinical study designed to evaluate the system. The candidate will support the definition of the study protocol and endpoints and the management and analysis of the collected data.
