Your Role as a Business Development Representative:

At Accelerate, you’ll be the driving force behind our business growth. We’ll train you to become an expert in sales and recruitment - developing client relationships and creating opportunities that make a difference.

• Prospect and connect with new business clients across Malta and Europe
• Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for senior consultants
• Progress quickly into managing the entire sales cycle: from first contact to closing deals
• Become one of our managers and lead the BD teams !
• Help shape Accelerate’s expansion while growing your personal brand in the industry

Who We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year in a target-driven sales role (B2B, B2C, SDR, telesales, insurance, telecom, etc.)
• Strong phone-based communication skills (cold calling experience is a plus)
• High energy, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
• Motivated by commission and long-term progression
• Degree preferred but not essential
• Must hold an EU passport and be ready to relocate to Malta
