Overview

2 x Cyber Security Lecturers (Operations & Technical) – UNSW Canberra. Full time (35 hours per week), Continuing appointment. Remuneration: Level B from $127,947 plus 17% super. Location: UNSW Canberra.

This role comprises two positions: Lecturer in Cyber Security (Operations) and Lecturer in Cyber Security (Technical). The School of Systems & Computing focuses on computer science, cyber security, systems engineering, and artificial intelligence, and delivers teaching to undergraduate and postgraduate cohorts while pursuing research with societal impact.

Responsibilities

  • Teach and conduct research in cyber security; responsibilities will be detailed in the position descriptions.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Successful candidate will be required to undertake pre-employment checks as listed in the Position Description.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Candidates must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency to be considered.
  • Role anticipated to balance teaching and research activities.
