POSITION SUMMARY / MISSION

The role of the Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (Informatore Scientifico del Farmaco) involves managing scientific information activities within the assigned area, in full compliance with company policies, current legislation, Farmindustria Guidelines and the Noble Purpose, promoting the knowledge, development, and use of Almirall products in ongoing collaboration with the cross-functional team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain up-to-date scientific knowledge and actively participate in company training.
• Promote and communicate the value of Almirall’s therapeutic solutions to relevant stakeholders, delivering key scientific messages effectively.
• Plan and organize scientific information activities in line with the Business Unit plan, ensuring consistent coverage and alignment with healthcare professionals’ and hospital pharmacists’ needs.
• Tailor communication based on the potential and characteristics of centers within the assigned area.
• Analyze the territory, identify priority centers and key relationships, and define and execute an operational plan aligned with company strategy.
• Contribute to the implementation of territorial Action Plans in collaboration with the cross-functional team.
• Accurately record daily activities in company systems and promptly report any adverse reactions according to internal procedures and timelines.

REQUIERED EDUCATION AND SKILLS

• Degree in scientific disciplines (according to Law 219/06).
• Previous experience in managing a biological drug and/or a drug in class H is preferred.
• Scientific mindset with data analysis capability.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proactive, flexible and result-oriented approach.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment, managing priorities effectively.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
