WHOLESALE COORDINATOR

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Wholesale Coordinator  to support our global wholesales operations. This role is integral to the sales  process, ensuring seamless collaboration between the brand and our retail partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and passionate about fashion sales, with strong project management skills and a willingness to travel.


RESPONSIBILITIES


PRE-SALES

  • Manage the sales campaign calendar  and send invitations to retail partners.
  • Review and upload the seasonal catalog  to the digital showroom platform (Joor ).
  • Prepare and distribute digital and physical assets  to retail partners.

SALES

  • Organize and oversee sales campaigns  in key fashion cities (Milan, Paris, New York ).
  • Sell the collection to retail partners and assist in closing orders.
  • Request, review, and confirm final wholesale orders .

AFTER-SALES

  • Communicate final order quantities  to the production team.
  • Create and maintain the product master file  with retail pricing across geographies.
  • Develop training materials  for retail partners.
  • Monitor and track store deliveries  to ensure timely fulfillment.
  • Oversee visual merchandising  in physical stores through store visits or photo requests.
  • Audit and manage brand/product pages  on online retailer platforms, requesting updates when necessary.
  • Provide ongoing support to retail partners, addressing inquiries and operational needs.
  • Maintain and analyze the global sell-through report  to track sales performance.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize stock , including stock swaps, recuts, and ATS (available-to-sell) proposals .
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on in-store activations  and brand initiatives.
  • Assist in major events , such as fashion week presentations, photoshoots, and trunk shows .


REQUIREMENTS


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • At least two year experience in retail or wholesale; wholesale experience preferred.
  • Fluency in English  (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with wholesale platforms (Joor is a plus) .
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis .
  • Knowledge of luxury or contemporary fashion brands  is beneficial.

  • Willingness to travel to key fashion cities  (3-4 times per year ).
