Innovation, continuous research, digital industry and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the **Commercial, CSS&T & Proprietary Programs Business** unit, we are looking for a **Material & MRO Program Manager** for our offices in **Turin** and **Pomigliano**.This position covers all activities related to the coordination and support of the end-to-end process of a Business Line/Program, from the analysis and management of the demand for services that require the use of materials by Customers, in terms of spare parts and repairs, to the delivery of the service itself. The task involves developing relationships with all Team Leaders and stakeholders involved in this process, including the Customer;
ensuring correct alignment between Business expectations and the acquisition of Materials;
the development of the Supply Chain and the involvement of continuous improvement projects for Supplier performance.Therefore, the resource will have to be able to carry out the following activities:* Participation in the definition, monitoring and progress of corporate CSS&T milestones concerning maintenance services that require the use of materials related to assigned Programs/Customers;
* Analysis of the rootcauses of the main critical issues relating to material services pertaining to assigned Programs/Customers and related coordination, definition and monitoring of Recovery Plans;
* Analysis and resolution, acting as a facilitator towards internal and external owners, of roadblocks that risk impacting the performance relating to material availability for assigned Programs/Customers;
* Participation in meetings with Suppliers and internal stakeholders for the analysis of the order portfolio with particular reference to managing critical issues that impact the availability of Customer Fleets and related Recovery Plans;
* Daily coordination and monitoring with M&MRO SM Team Leaders of Warehouse, Planning and Supply Management;
* Daily coordination with the main CSS&T stakeholders to meet Customer needs;
* Managing relationships with Suppliers and internal stakeholders for the evaluation and promotion of performance improvement initiatives;
* Analysis of RFQs fornew initiatives and their exposure to labor/cost impact for the portion pertaining to M&MRO SM activities;
* Production of periodic reports and statistics on Top Critical Issues pertaining to assigned Programs/Customers, Supplier performance and End-to-End process performance;
* Promotion of improvement and efficiency initiatives for logistics processes and CSS&T procedures applicable to maintenance services that require the use of materials.**Educational Qualification:** Three-year degree in Engineering or Business Administration and Organization.**Seniority:** Expert**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Proficiency in material Procurement/Supply Chain processes and Logistics Planning;
* Proficiency in Data Analytics.**Behavioral skills:*** Ability to work in a Team;
