Innovation, continuous research, digitalization, and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the **Industrial Engineering** unit, we are looking for a **Standard Time Specialist** for our Venegono Superiore office.The Standard Time resource responds to the company's need to create new algorithms to standardize the times of operations present in a production cycle.They are in continuous contact with Production Engineering, verify and control inline times, monitor the correct application of the algorithm as described in the work cycle, and make changes in case of method and layout variations of the operational workstations.The Standard Time analyst performs the following main activities:* Analyzes and shares the new activity to be standardized with Site managers;
* Analyzes the cycle to associate operations with new standards;
* Agrees with workshop and IdP managers on the observation to be made in the workshop;
* Develops the new standard algorithm using the M.O.S.T. technique;
* Updates and releases the new algorithm in eLTS;
* Provides training on the use of the standard;
* Develops cycle times for programs related to labor activities;
* Supports Database Quality activities.**Education:** Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering, High School Diploma in Aeronautics.**Seniority:** Expert**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Knowledge of manufacturing technologies (fabrication, assembly, testing);
* Knowledge of technicaldocumentation (work cycles, process specifications, test procedures, etc.);
* Knowledge of IT tools;
* Knowledge of the M.O.S.T. estimation technique.* Quantitative cycle analysis (cycle time – labor hours, flow time, etc.);
