Innovation, continuous research, digital industry and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the **Commercial, CSS&T & Proprietary Programs Business** unit, we are looking for a **Sales** officer for our **Turin** office.The selected candidate, part of the Services Sales team, will be responsible for the development and management of technical-commercial offers related to the sale of services (spare parts, training, maintenance, etc.) in the military sector. They will collaborate with the functions of the Services BU, legal and financial departments to draw up proposals in line with customer requirements and company strategies.The main activities will be:* Analysis of market opportunities and tenders in the military sector;
* Coordination of activities for the preparation of technical-commercial offers;
* Drafting and presentation of economic proposals and technical documentation in response to RFI, RFQ and RFP;
* Management of relations with institutional clients, military bodies and industrial partners.**Educational qualification:** Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics.**Seniority:** Junior**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Experience in commercial or proposal management roles, preferably in the defense or aerospace sector, is welcome;
* Experience in managingoffers for MRO services, integrated logistics support (ILS), training, is welcome;
* Knowledge of the main national and international public tender formats (NATO, EDA, EU, extra-EU export);
* Contract analysis and budgeting skills;
* Good command of written and spoken English;
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
* Collaboration with internal functions (Engineering, Operations, Legal, Finance) for the preparation of proposals;
* Negotiation of contractual terms and support for contract signing.**Behavioral skills:*** Ability to work in a Team;
* Openness to dialogue and continuous discussion;
* Marked proactivity;
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing dynamics;
