Innovation, continuous research, digital industry and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the **Commercial, CSS&T & Proprietary Programs Business** unit, we are looking for an **MRO Supply Management specialist** for our offices in **Turin** and **Pomigliano**.Within the Materials service that LAD CSS&T provides to End Customers, this position refers to all activities related to the management of Spare Parts and/or Repair suppliers.The resource will be responsible for managing the performance of multiple suppliers, regarding the commitments undertaken by the supplier themselves with the signing of a LAD PO/Contract concerning material destined for the service fleets managed by CSS&T.Using the SAP system, through structured contact with suppliers (email, letters, remote and in-person meetings, etc.), they will have to analyze, manage and update all the information necessary to monitor the performance required by the LAD PO/Contracts attributable to the assigned suppliers, as well as facilitate the involvement of other LAD functions for the resolution of performance roadblocks not dependent on the supplier.The resource will therefore have the following responsibilities:* Structured monitoring of the performance of assigned suppliers, relative to the commitments undertaken by the supplier by signing LAD PO/Contracts concerning materials destined for the in-service fleets managed by CSS&T;
* Constant and continuous updating of the supplier Order Book in SAP, with internal escalation activation in cases of risk of non-performance by the supplier that could have impacts on the operability of the Customer's fleets;
* Involvement and urging of internal and external owner actions towards roadblocks that risk impacting performance and the relative availability of materials from assigned suppliers according to the commitments undertaken;
* Calling and coordinating meetings with Suppliers and internal stakeholders for the analysis of the order portfolio with particular reference to the backlog (overdue) and lookahead close to expiration (minimum 3 months);
* Daily coordination and monitoring with the Purchasing, Trade Compliance M&MRO SM of Warehouse, Planning, MRO Program Management and Transportation Control Tower referents for facilitating supplier performance enablers (PO availability, movement licenses, logistics cycle, transport in the case of EXW and/or FCA returns);
* Collaboration and coordination with the Divisional Supply Chain KSAs for the management of cross-cutting supply problems for the production of new aircraft and in-service fleets;
* Preparation and analysis of supplier reports using available SAP functionalities and/or through the production of specific documentation required for escalation/Leadership meetings.**Education:** Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or Business and Corporate Economics.**Seniority:** Expert**Technical knowledge and skills:*** Proficiency in Supplier Management / Supply Chain / Material Planning and Logistics processes;
