You will work in the Financial Services Industry Regulatory team at our Milan office.**Your Role and Responsibilities**You will be involved, with a growing degree of autonomy, in the following activities:* drafting opinions and legal memoranda on banking, financial and insurance law and related research;
* drafting and reviewingcontracts relating to financial and insurance products;
* conducting legal due diligence on entities operating in the financial services sector;
* Compliance Assessmentsconcerning clients' compliance with financial regulations;
* assisting clients on anti-money laundering regulations.**Our Requirements**You meet the profile we are looking for if you have a master's degree in law, wish to undertake legal practice, have a passion for financial market regulation (Financial Intermediaries Regulations) and an excellent knowledge of English.
