You will work in the Employment and Benefits team at our Genoa office.**Your Role and Responsibilities**You will be involved, with a growing degree of autonomy, in the following activities:* consultancy to companies day by day on matters relating to human resource management;
* support in extraordinary operations (company transfers, collective procedures, due diligence);
* research and study in the field of labor, social security and trade union law;
* labor litigation;
