TALENT ACQUISITION LEAD
What You’ll Be Doing
We are looking for a person who wants to undertake a professional path starting from a role of Talent Acquisition Lead. You will be included in the HR Team with the aim to manage our recruitment processes in alignment with our People Strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing efficient and scalable hiring process and procedures that attract the right talent to support the company’s growth. You will coordinate and empower a team of recruiters, ensuring operational excellence and maximizing team performance. Acting as the key point of contact for all recruitment activities, you will collaborate closely with local HR Business Partners, internal stakeholders, and regional teams to ensure a seamless and impactful hiring experience. You will also monitor Talent Acquisition KPIs and targets, driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
Responsibilities
- Identify the organization’s needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve recruitment and business performance;
- Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings developing a network of potential future hires;
- Lead and implement all sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business;
- Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews and communication);
- Directly manage the recruitment process for senior executive positions;
- Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans;
- Manage, train and evaluate the team of recruiters;
- Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of the company;
- Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire.
Who We’re Looking For
- You’ve a University Degree, preferably Humanistic Science. A Master in HR is a plus.
- You’ve at least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, gained both in multinational companies and in consulting/Head hunting agencies, with a solid track record in complex environments;
- You are highly driven, energetic and self-motivated;
- You’ve strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with ability to pro-actively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels and influence multiple partners to build strong working relationships;
- You are collaborative - high ability to motivate others, encourage teamwork, and facilitate processes;
- You’ve high proficiency of spoken/written Italian and English.
