Our team is expanding and we are looking for an Intern in our Sensory team.

You will give support in:

• preparing the material for the screening tests (water solution of tastants; flavour solutions to smell; etc.);
• Sharing instructions and moderating the screening sessions;
• Analyzing the results of the tests performed, and helping to define the final ranking, in cooperation with the tutor;
• Preparing the tasting material to be used during the training sessions (whether they are water solutions or confectionery samples to taste);
• Preparing sensory exercises on the software;
• Analyzing their performance and giving them guidance to improve, in collaboration with the tutor.

You will learn:

• Sniffing sticks assembly technique for panel training on odour/flavour recognising;
• Sensory panel training methodologies;
• Implementation of descriptive and discriminant sensory tests on confectionery products;
• Use of internal software for sensory test implementation;
• Statistical analysis of sensory data.
