Innovation, continuous research, digital industry and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the Electronics Division, in the context of Manufacturing & Supply Chain – Site & Facilities Management Governance, we are looking for a **Site Manager** for our **Campi Bisenzio (FI)** office.**The person will be responsible for the following activities:*** Ensure operational continuity, safety, efficiency and enhancement of company assets and infrastructures, acting as an integration point between facility services, investments, governance and digitalization through structured management of hard and soft services, governance of infrastructural investments (CAPEX) and control of operating costs (OPEX).* Ensure the correct functioning of systems, spaces and support services, contributing directly to industrial performance and business sustainability.* Adopt advanced digital tools – BIM, Digital Twin and operating data collection systems that allow integrated management of the asset lifecycle, from design to operation, promoting decisions based on objective data, fault prevention and predictive planning.* Liaise with governance functions in the technical verification of projects, in the planning of interventions and in their execution, translating operational needs into sustainable technical solutions compliant with company, regulatory and safety standards.* Act as a central interface between the organization and external stakeholders (suppliers, professional firms, companies, entities), coordinating activities, monitoring contractual performance through KPIs and reporting, and ensuring compliance with agreed service levels.* Manage workspaces, through re-layout proposals, workstation variations and environmental improvement projects, with the aim of optimizing the use of surfaces and promoting the well-being and productivity of people.* Promote innovation, energy efficiency and digitalization initiatives, collecting and analyzing consumption and performance data to support sustainability strategies and cost reduction.* Play a key role in overseeing security, compliance and operational resilience, participating in audits, emergency management and ensuring full application of current regulations (in particular Legislative Decree 81/08), in all highly complex and confidential industrial contexts.**Educational qualification:*** Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related disciplines.**Required experience level:*** Expert (2-5 years of experience)**Skills and technical knowledge:*** Knowledge of industrial plants and related regulations* Use of tools necessary for analyzing technical documentation (office, project, autocad, BI)* Management of service contracts, related specifications with definition of SLAs and monitoring of performance through reporting and KPIs.* Energy Management and Sustainability**A plus:*** Previous work experience in similar roles and specific training as provided for by Legislative Decree 81/08* Specific courses on technologies and topics relevant to the role* Knowledge of urban planning and cadastral aspects* Building Information Modeling (BIM)* Digital Twin* Building Management System (BMS)* Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)* Internet of Things (IoT)* Data integration between various technologies**Behavioral skills:*** Excellent interpersonal skills and aptitude for teamwork* Leadership and problem solving* Program Management* Process and standard approach* Experience in industrial and multi-site contexts**Language skills:*** Good knowledge of written and spoken English, minimum level B2 written, B1 spoken.**Computer skills:*** OFFICE package, SAP* AutoCAD (AutoCAD LT also preferred)* Microsoft Project preferred**Other (e.G.
