We are looking for a brilliant Sales Expert for SIMULIA solutions based in our international office in Milan. She / He will perform end-to-end customer engagements (indirect and direct channels) from OPEN lead to CLOSE , compliant with the 3DS Sales process referential, and deliver revenue plans.
Responsibilities
- Sell assigned SIMULIA solutions within a defined territory.
- Manage negotiations with customers by complying with all 3DS engagement processes (Finance, Legal), government and local regulations, policies, and ethical standards.
- Define a successful sales strategy to meet revenue targets and sustain growth objectives, leveraging sales initiatives defined by Brands among others.
- Generate growth in the assigned territory based on industry market analysis.
- Effectively communicate the value and technology of SIMULIA solutions via presentations, demonstrations, and technical proof of concepts.
- Transform marketing and sales leads into opportunities.
- Build and develop trusted relationships at the executive level and across all client organization layers to ensure sustainable business for 3DS.
- Contribute to best practices based on lessons learned, including root cause analysis, analytics, and loss reviews.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering or related fields.
- Previous experience in a sales role within an enterprise company.
- Knowledge of the SIMULIA suite of simulation tools is a plus.
- Experience with simulation methods and/or processes within process integration, design optimization tools (Isight, ModelCenter, ModeFrontier, etc.), and/or collaborative enterprise environments.
- Ability to develop and deliver complex solutions and demonstrations to customers.
- Ability to build account strategies and implement sales strategies.
- Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
