We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager – Key Countries to join our team at Scholl. This is a strategic position focused on managing and expanding our distribution across key European markets: Italy, DACH, UK, France, and BENELUX .

You will play a key role in leading sales performance, developing high-impact strategies, and fostering strong relationships with our commercial partners across the region. Experience in the sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle industries is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Agency & Sales Management

• Lead and drive sales performance across key European countries.
• Manage and support sales agents or distributors in each territory, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to maximize revenue, brand presence, and market share.
• Provide agents with tools, guidance, and training to hit their targets effectively.

2. P&L & Financial Ownership

• Full accountability for the P&L of countries/accounts.
• Define and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial targets to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

3. Business Development

• Identify growth opportunities and drive business expansion across the region.
• Focus on key accounts per market, strengthening long-term partnerships and driving value creation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., with Marketing and Product) to ensure optimal distribution and assortment by country.

4. Communication & Reporting

• Act as the primary liaison between Scholl and external partners in the region.
• Deliver clear, concise reporting to senior leadership on performance, opportunities, and market insights.

5. Problem Solving & Process Improvement

• Resolve commercial challenges efficiently, always aiming to strengthen relationships and processes.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve workflows and enhance sales team efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience in the sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
• Strong background in managing agents/distributors and direct accounts at a European level.

Skills:

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on commercial execution.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

Languages:

• Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
• Other European languages are a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel across Europe regularly.
