Macgregor Black are partnering with a Leading Apparel Brand looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join their team in Milan.
As a key finance leader, you will provide proactive, data-driven insights to support business growth, enhance profitability, and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the month-end close process and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy across the P&L and balance sheet.
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial performance and operational effectiveness.
- Partner with key stakeholders to prepare monthly forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities in customer trends, logistics, and inventory.
- Provide analytical support to understand customer and product performance, influencing commercial decision-making.
- Support the Sales Director by analysing marketing spend and maximising return on investment.
- Lead and develop a Finance Analyst, fostering a high-performing team culture.
What are we looking for?
- ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent qualification with significant post-qualification experience.
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a track record of driving profitability and business performance.
- Experience in the consumer or retail sector, with a wholesale background, is highly advantageous.
- Ability to provide actionable insights through financial analysis and forecasting.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident in stakeholder engagement.
- Fluent English is essential
