Fieldwire Sales Development Manager
We are looking for trailblazers who want to drive the digital transformation of the construction industry. As an international leader, Hilti has acquired Fieldwire, a digital construction site management platform, and we offer the best of both worlds: the security of a traditional company and the startup dynamism of our Fieldwire team.
Responsibilities
- Make a significant contribution to Hilti's evolution as a leading software provider in the industry.
- Strategically and operationally manage your customer base: plan acquisition measures, arrange appointments, advance initiatives, create sales offers, negotiate contracts, and expand accounts.
- Present and sell state‑of‑the‑art software and services digitally, by phone, and on site if necessary.
- Create, maintain, and close deals through outbound qualification.
- Implement meaningful software demonstrations for potential new and existing customers.
- Collaborate effectively with Marketing to build a quality opportunity pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or completed vocational training.
- 1–3 years of experience in a sales role and/or project management role within the construction industry.
- Very good knowledge of Italian and English.
- Excellent diagnostic, communication, consulting, and presentation skills.
- Enjoys advising customers digitally and by phone (and in person if necessary).
- Proven track record of meeting targets.
- Self‑initiative and strong motivation to achieve success.
- Ability to use feedback in a positive and constructive way.
- Confident demeanor, empathy, and effective communication skills to build mutual understanding with potential customers at various levels.
- Willingness to travel.
- Experience selling tech software or working in a start‑up environment (a plus).
- Entrepreneurial mindset and solution‑oriented approach (a plus).
