Fieldwire Sales Development Manager

We are looking for trailblazers who want to drive the digital transformation of the construction industry. As an international leader, Hilti has acquired Fieldwire, a digital construction site management platform, and we offer the best of both worlds: the security of a traditional company and the startup dynamism of our Fieldwire team.

Responsibilities

  • Make a significant contribution to Hilti's evolution as a leading software provider in the industry.
  • Strategically and operationally manage your customer base: plan acquisition measures, arrange appointments, advance initiatives, create sales offers, negotiate contracts, and expand accounts.
  • Present and sell state‑of‑the‑art software and services digitally, by phone, and on site if necessary.
  • Create, maintain, and close deals through outbound qualification.
  • Implement meaningful software demonstrations for potential new and existing customers.
  • Collaborate effectively with Marketing to build a quality opportunity pipeline.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or completed vocational training.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales role and/or project management role within the construction industry.
  • Very good knowledge of Italian and English.
  • Excellent diagnostic, communication, consulting, and presentation skills.
  • Enjoys advising customers digitally and by phone (and in person if necessary).
  • Proven track record of meeting targets.
  • Self‑initiative and strong motivation to achieve success.
  • Ability to use feedback in a positive and constructive way.
  • Confident demeanor, empathy, and effective communication skills to build mutual understanding with potential customers at various levels.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Experience selling tech software or working in a start‑up environment (a plus).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and solution‑oriented approach (a plus).
