For a multinational company
operating in the metalworking sector, we are looking for an HSE Manager who
will take on the role of RSPP (Head of the Prevention and Protection Service)
and coordinate Health, Safety, and Environment activities. The role will be
responsible for both the operational and strategic management of HSE matters,
with the aim of ensuring regulatory compliance, promoting a safety culture, and
continuously improving the organization’s environmental and safety performance.

· Serve
as the Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP).
· Draft
and update mandatory documentation related to safety and environment (Risk
Assessment Document, specific risk assessments, emergency plans, etc.).
· Monitor
and ensure compliance with current health, safety, and environmental
regulations.
· Plan
and conduct internal HSE audits and supervise external ones.
· Collaborate
with production and maintenance departments for risk analysis and management.
· Manage
relationships with authorities responsible for monitoring plant activities
regarding environmental and safety regulations, ensuring the maintenance of
relevant authorizations.
· Coordinate
with the Group Safety Manager and Safety Team, sharing required reporting for
the area.
· Promote
training and awareness initiatives for staff.
Your Profile
Requirements and Skills
· Degree
in Engineering, Prevention Techniques, or related disciplines.
· Certification
as RSPP according to Legislative Decree 81/08.
· At
least 5 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in industrial or
metalworking environments.
· In-depth
knowledge of Italian health, safety, and environmental regulations.
· Ability
to draft and manage technical and regulatory documentation.
· Strong
organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
· Excellent
command of English.
· Willingness
to travel between company plants in Emilia.
Work Location
The role involves activities
across multiple plants located in the provinces of Parma and Reggio Emilia. The
operational base can be defined according to the candidate’s residence or the
company’s main site.
