Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics Your role at KIKO MILANO We are looking for an Quality Control Specialist to join KIKO MILANO’s Technical Department Team, reporting to the Head of Quality & Product Engineering Compliance. The mission of bulk and finished goods Quality Control is to evaluates the products and accessories in terms of functionality and aesthetical aspects in order to assure the conformity of the supplied submissions and lots. In particular, you will: Evaluate cosmetic bulk submissions Plan, manage and perform statistical Quality Controls on Finished goods and accessories according to AQL Open, manage supplier Non Compliances Engage suppliers on the Corrective Actions as a result of non-compliances Dealing with partner in case in complaints deeping dive causes and proposing corrective actions. Supports QA Team in the management of customer quality complaints Ensure the correct storage of standard samples and technical data What you will need to succeed Bachelor in Materials Science or Chemistry or Engineering Degree From 1 to 3-year experience in Cosmetic Quality Control Good knowledge of i.e. Microsoft Excel and powerpoint Good knowledge of primary and secondary packaging (glass-plastic-aluminium- paper) Knowledge of SAP is a plus Good knowledge of Statistical Controls Strong analytical skills Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken Ability in the use of the most common measurement tools We would love if you had A leader-driven approach: Thinking before acting, innovating, simplifying and delivering results Placing the internal/external customer first, driving change and leading by example Collaborating, growing expertise and embracing diversity Ability to learn on the job Strong problem-solving skills & detail-oriented Highly collaborative style & willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teams Openness to a culture of continuous feedback KIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all’integrazione delle persone con disabilità all’interno dell’azienda.
