Job Title Project Manager - settore ferroviario Position Mission Achieve the objectives defined for the assigned project, within the terms and conditions of the project, implementing company policy and procedural requirements. Responsibilities Bidding: Provide the evaluation of hours and other costs related to the Project Management execution activities together with an evaluation of related risks Delivery: Ensure the accomplishment of the outcomes of the project in accordance with the contractual scope of work, the schedule, the quality requirements and Company processes Economics/Financials/KPIs: Monitor, report and achieve the targets of the assigned project in terms of Costs, Revenues, Margin and Cashin Economics/Financials/KPIs: Monitor, report and achieve the project KPIs Contract Management: Manage the client relationship Contract Management: Promote business opportunities and manage of the Change Orders Contract Management: Manage the Claims Team Management: Execute the staffing process of the project team Team Management: Evaluate the performances on project team members Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience 5 years of experience in the sector 3 years of experience as a Project Manager Managed complex projects with a budget exceeding €10M or managed multiple projects for a cumulative budget exceeding €25M Excellent knowledge of English Knowledge of Office tools PMP certified Knowledge of Primavera, MS Project or similar Sosteniamo la parità di genere e promuoviamo un ambiente equo ed inclusivo.
