EPC - Water Treatment Company Profile Our client is a global leader in sustainable technologies, specializing in cutting-edge electrochemical and filtration solutions for industries such as water treatment, energy storage, and manufacturing. Their innovations drive environmental sustainability and operational efficiency, aligning with the evolving needs of a greener future. Activities To strengthen their operations and support ongoing international projects, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager to become part of their team. The selected professional will be accountable for the overall coordination, execution, and delivery of assigned projects, ensuring that all client requirements are met on time and within budget. The Project Manager will be expected to: Review the project handover from the Proposal department, including resources, budget, risks, KPIs, and action plans, identifying any potential issues. Promote a results-driven and proactive approach within the team, focusing on efficiency and target achievement. Oversee the project implementation, applying established project management methodologies and sound judgement to achieve the defined objectives. Assist the Line Manager in coordinating internal team members as well as external contractors, suppliers, and consultants. Clearly define roles and responsibilities within the project structure. Foster a collaborative work environment grounded in trust, transparency, and teamwork to drive project success. Monitor project progress through detailed time and cost variance analysis; identify any discrepancies and take corrective measures as needed, including developing and implementing recovery plans. Maintain a strong focus on project profitability, identifying and pursuing variation claims with clients when applicable. Ensure consistent communication with both the internal team and external stakeholders, keeping everyone informed on the project’s status, key milestones, and goals. Deliver projects within the agreed timeline, cost constraints, and quality expectations, while actively supporting change management processes. Provide the PM Manager with monthly forecasts related to project costs and revenues. Requirements A Master’s degree in Engineering is required Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Project Management role Solid understanding of: Project management principles and methodologies, AutoCAD software, Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, Microsoft Outlook, SAP ERP systems PMP certification or an equivalent qualification is considered a valuable asset Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken; fluency in English is essential Previous experience in managing kick-off and pre-inspection meetings, FAT/SAT procedures, commissioning, and start-up phases Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality standards and awareness of EHS regulations Location : Milan Le ricerche sono volte a candidati di entrambi i sessi, legge 903/77.
