Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy. Align product development and go‑to‑market strategies with business goals. Collaborate with sales & global marketing for continuous improvement & new launches and campaigns.
• Identify and explore new ideas, technologies, and opportunities to differentiate our products and meet emerging customer needs. Collaborate with cross‑functional portfolio teams to ensure the expansion of the portfolio.
• Coordinate the entire product lifecycle from idea to launch. Manage discontinuation and product conversion.
• Demand planning review (provide business forecast to the supply chain demand planner)
• Develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns to promote the BD brand.
• Translate customer requests into viable business cases and ready‑to‑implement solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Leverage market research and data to inform product decisions.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to product development, market changes, and external factors. Make informed decisions to minimize potential impact.
• Create marketing material (presentation, brochure, comparison studies, whitepapers).
• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Biology, Pharmacy or related field.
• 3‑5 years in product management in the life science sector (Microbiology).
• Profound interest in microbiology, trends and drivers for the quality pharma laboratory.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience using Project Management tools and Methodologies.
