You will be involved in strategic projects for our clients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams. This role offers the opportunity to grow professionally in a dynamic and stimulating environment.**Your main responsibilities will include:*** Screening to identify market opportunities, Due Diligence to confirm the targets, or value creation Plans to determine developments* Developing and reviewing business plans to evaluate investment projects.* Engaging in business valuation processes for transactions, using both traditional and innovative approaches.* Providing strategic and financial analysis to support our clients’ strategic decisions.**Who we are looking for**We are seeking professionals with experience in Transaction Support or Investment Banking, with strong financial expertise and the capability to analyze complex data. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, able to work in teams, and demonstrates excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.**Required qualifications:*** Interest in the Private Equity industry or 2 years to 5 years of experience in Transaction Support or Investment Banking, gained at consulting firms, investment banks, financial boutiques, or Private Equity firms.* Strong analytical skills and understanding of key financial metrics.* Experience and proficiency in financial modelling.* Understanding of financial statements and knowledge of Italian and international accounting principles.* Degree in Corporate Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Business Management, or Statistics with a financial focus.* Outstanding command of the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.* Fluent in English (C1 level).**Why Bip?****People at the centre of our culture**Trust and collaboration, entrepreneurship and courage, meritocracy and development drive the growth of our people.
