As a PL/SQL Developer, you will design and implement advanced functionalities within Oracle environments, focusing on HR-related products. You will work on building scalable, maintainable solutions that ensure accuracy and efficiency in critical HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize advanced PL/SQL functionalities, including stored procedures and packages.
• Design and implement calculation engines (e.g., payroll processing) and orchestrate complex workflows.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices for Oracle environments.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Maintain system reliability and performance through continuous improvement and testing.

What We Expect From You

• MSc in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as a PL/SQL Developer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle database and PL/SQL programming.
• Experience with tools like Oracle SQL Developer, TOAD, etc.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Italian and in English
