Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Logistics Manager EU - based in Pognano (Bergamo) to join KIKO MILANO’s Operations Team and reporting to the Global Logistics Director to handle the KIKO distribution on our European Channels.

In particular, you will:

• Oversee product distribution to all direct stores across the EU
• Manage logistics and shipments for e-commerce operations within the EU
• Supervise logistics and deliveries to wholesale and franchising partners in the EU
• Be responsible for the UK Dark Store operations
• Lead and coordinate a team of 5 people, plus the UK Dark Store team
• Act as the main point of contact for logistics suppliers and service providers
• Negotiate transportation rates and contracts with carriers
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (IT, Planning, Commercial, etc.) to ensure smooth operations
• Design and optimize processes to improve supply chain efficiency and organization
• Work closely with warehouse teams to ensure service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI) are met

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or similar field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role; experience in retail and/or e-commerce environments is a plus
• Fluent in English
• Highly collaborative style and ability to work in teams
• Ability to conduct meetings with peers, more senior colleagues, clients and suppliers
• Be familiar with common IT integrations and flows
• Be familiar with 3PL and transports management systems
