From rapid deployments to full transformations, you will provide integrated, cloud-based ERP solutions that enable organizations to adopt more effective ways of working.In this role, you will help clients maximize the value of their Workday investment by:* Leading and contributing to all phases of the Workday Order to Cash implementation lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment* Working with clients to understand business needs, translate them into Workday configurations, and provide expert guidance on best practices* Configuring Workday modules to meet business requirements related to financial accounting, statutory reporting, and country-specific needs in global Workday Financials deployments* Identifying strategies, risks, and options, and recommending approaches and mitigation plans to address functional and client requirements* Collaborating with cross-functional teams (finance, IT, project management) to ensure seamless integration of Order to Cash processes with other modules and systems* Providing guidance and mentoring to junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to support their development* Advising clients on industry standards and best practices* Presenting design options through prototyping* Understanding and applying Workday and Accenture Workday methodologies* Providing the project manager with progress updates and keeping them informed of overall project status* Demonstrating strong client and stakeholder management skills to achieve project objectives* Supporting innovation through the development of new methods and industry reference assets### Your ProfileIdeally, you have strong financial expertise and several years of experience on the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role, leading and driving the Workday agenda.You are motivated, solution-oriented, and able to work independently to find effective solutions. You have experience managing and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders. You are results-driven, persuasive, and able to confidently present and sell your ideas.#LI-EUWe are looking for:* Workday Financials certification in Order to Cash.
