As a protagonist in major global strategic programs, it is a technological and industrial partner for Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions and businesses.Within the General Management Strategy & Innovation Area, we are looking for a *Junior Strategy & Technology Planner* for our Rome office.The person will be responsible for the following activities:* Support the team in defining and developing the Group's strategic guidelines, contributing to the strategic planning process and portfolio analysis, in coordination with Division/Subsidiary structures and involved Corporate functions;
* Assist the team in drafting Division/Subsidiary Strategic Plans, contributing to structuring analyses and preparing supporting materials, ensuring consistency with Group guidelines;
* Support activities for the analysis and evaluation of inorganic growth initiatives, collaborating with the team in preparing materials and insights to support decisions, in coordination with the M&A and Equity Investments function;
* Assist the team in analyzing the competitive scenarios of the Divisions, contributing to the collection, organization and synthesis of insights on demand and supply dynamics and the benchmarking of key competitors.**Education:**Master's degree in Engineering, Economics or related disciplines.**Seniority:**Junior (1 - 3 years of experience).**Technical Knowledge and Skills:*** Basic knowledge of strategic planning, market analysis and investment/M&A evaluation;
* Knowledge of data visualization/analytics tools is considered a plus.**Soft Skills:*** Curiosity, proactivity, flexibility and aptitude for teamwork, even in cross-functional contexts;
* Flexibility and dynamism;
**Language Skills:**Good knowledge of written and spoken English.**IT Skills:**Good knowledge of the Office Package;
