JUNIOR PROJECT ENGINEER

Our Junior Project Engineer implements Engineering projects related to the installation of new systems and / or the modification of existing systems, from the eventual phase of selecting suppliers up to the start of production of the system. The role collaborates with maintenance to maintain the efficiency conditions of production plants, implementing shared improvements and any extraordinary maintenance interventions that require a general revision of existing equipment

Responsibilities:

• It defines the characteristics of equipment/production lines based on the requests received in terms of product specifications, plant productivity, etc
• Select and contact any suppliers to share the information necessary for the formulation of an offer and, if necessary, for its review
• Ensures compliance with the budget assigned for the relevant project
• Monitors the progress of activities during the construction phase of equipment/production lines, ensuring consistency with the specific requests
• Coordinates the installation and commissioning of equipment/production lines using internal and / or external resources
• Implement, develop and maintain data collection from machine and shop floor (production and maintenance data)

Requirements:

• Fluency in English as a prerequisite
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, electrical, electronic or mechanical engineering
• At least 1 year of experience in similar roles and project management in FMCG, Personal Care or Pharma companies.
• Project Management Principles
• Technical design and working logic of production/filling line.
• Knowledge of the main computer software (CAD knowledge is mandatory)
• Basic knowledge of programming language (Javascript, Phyton …)
• Safety regulations
• Teamwork
• Communication skills
• Problem solving
