Responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive dealer network strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives in Europe (focus Italy).
- Conduct market analysis to identify potential dealership locations and understand local consumer behaviours, market trends, and competitor networks.
- Identify and evaluate prospective dealer partners based on financial strength, operational capabilities, market presence, and alignment with the brand’s values.
- Lead negotiations with potential dealers, including contract terms, dealership standards, and investment commitments.
- Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring dealers meet brand standards and are equipped with the necessary resources to succeed.
- Ensure all dealerships meet regulatory requirements and adhere to the company’s brand guidelines, including facility design, operational processes, and customer experience.
- Conduct periodic audits to maintain compliance and quality across the network.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in dealer network development, sales, or business development within the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of establishing and managing dealer networks in Italy or similar markets.
- Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to conduct in-depth market analysis and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Italian and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong understanding of the Italian automotive market, including regulatory and cultural nuances.
