Join A2A as an **HSEQ Services Specialist** at our Milan/Brescia office. You will be part of the HSEQ team, responsible for managing and supporting operational activities and systems related to environmental, health, safety, and quality. This role includes risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and certification management across the group’s perimeter.

Ti occuperai di

  • Coordinate and manage new HSE services for group company sites (e.g., emergency management, fire risk assessment, legionella control, potable water management).
  • Evaluate and supervise suppliers conducting specific technical assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal procedures.
  • Manage HSE projects using structured project‑management approaches (planning, monitoring, reporting).
  • Collaborate with corporate units to implement services.
  • Provide specialist support to operational sites on HSEQ‑related activities.
  • Support supplier management (technical‑professional suitability checks, DUVRI drafting, coordination meetings, site inspections).
  • Assist in implementing and updating HSEQ management systems, drafting procedures, instructions, and applying consistent tools and methodologies.
  • Support certification activities and monitor corrective actions.
  • Contribute to developing the group’s HSEQ culture and value for business in a people‑centric, community‑caring mindset.

Sei la persona giusta se ti riconosci in questo profilo

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Prevention at Work, or related technical‑scientific field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Knowledge of HSEQ management systems and main regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Preferable basic project‑management skills (planning, time and resource management).
  • ASPP and/or RSPP training (preferable).
  • Valid B driving licence.
  • Willingness to travel within Lombardy.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, proactive, team‑oriented, and results‑focused.
