What You Will Do at Clivet (Your Daily Challenges)

As an HSE Specialist, you will be the operational focal point for environmental and safety management, collaborating closely with all departments.

Environment & Sustainability

• Manage the entire cycle of industrial waste (in compliance with Italian Legislative Decree 152/06), including full proficiency with the RENTRI system.
• Organize and monitor the annual sampling plan for environmental analyses, ensuring compliance with authorization deadlines.
• Actively propose and implement solutions for continuous improvement in environmental protection and sustainability .
• Support document management and relations with Control Authorities.

Health & Safety

• Ensure the correct management of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), from selection based on risk to distribution.
• Maintain emergency systems efficiency, managing periodic checks of fire‑fighting equipment and first aid posts .
• Provide crucial support in updating the Risk Assessment Document (DVR) and the Emergency Plan .
• Collaborate in implementing information and training programs for employees.
• Be a safety promoter, collecting reports and near misses and conducting internal audits .

Systems & Compliance

• Actively collaborate in maintaining and improving the Integrated Management System UNI EN ISO 14001 and UNI ISO 45001 .
• Support the management of the schedule/deadlines for all regulatory fulfillments.

Essential Requirements

• High School Diploma or Degree (e.g., Techniques of Prevention in the Environment and Workplace, or similar fields).
• Good knowledge of the National Legislative framework in the HSE area (particularly Italian Legislative Decree 81/08 and 152/06).
• Knowledge of UNI EN ISO 14001 and UNI ISO 45001 Standards.
• Excellent proficiency with the Office Package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good knowledge of the English language .
• Strong team‑working ability , proactivity , and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
