Olon operates through a global network of 14 manufacturing sites and 14 R&D centers worldwide.

To support and drive the Group’s growth and development, we are currently looking for an HSE Professional to join the HSE team in Rodano.

With us, you will:

• Support the HSE Manager in facilitating interactions with local communities and authorities, contributing to the company’s external reputation
• Oversee contractor HSE requirements during the construction phase and support testing and evaluation of HSE performance during project start-up
• Contribute to the management of site impact assessments, operating permits, and construction permits
• Support the definition and delivery of training programs in line with global and regional requirements, conduct gap analyses to identify training needs, and deliver mandatory training (Legislative Decree 81/08)
• Partner with site and project leaders to integrate and operationalize HSE programs, fostering a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

Apply if you have:

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety Sciences or a related technical field
• At least 5 years of experience in the HSE field, preferably within chemical or pharmaceutical companies
• Knowledge of Seveso Directive (Legislative Decree 105/15) and emergency management
• Proven ability to implement processes effectively and optimize resources
• A Master’s degree in Chemical or Environmental Engineering (or equivalent) is a plus
• Experience in a manufacturing environment and familiarity with industry safety standards is a plus
• Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels
