Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to support both our Corporate Functions and Retail operations , with a specific focus on our Factory Outlet Stores in the North-East region . This role is pivotal in driving strategic HR initiatives to enable business success through organizational excellence, employee engagement, and inclusive practices.
Corporate Functions
- Act as a strategic HR partner to corporate departments (Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, General Services, supporting workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design).
- Lead performance management processes and support leadership teams in driving a high-performance culture.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, compensation reviews, and internal mobility.
- Lead employee experience projects and initiatives with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and cultural onboarding.
Retail – North-East Factory Outlet Stores
- Collaborate with the District Manager and Store Managers to support HR-related topics and projects across the North-East outlet network.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, absenteeism, training coverage) to identify trends and propose solutions.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and development initiatives tailored to retail needs.
- Facilitate employee engagement programs and contribute to succession planning and talent pipeline development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, acting as a point of reference for HR-related matters in the region.
Profile
- Minimum 5 year experience in HR Business Partnering, ideally in both corporate and retail environments.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret HR data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to retail locations in the North-East.
