Job Description
As the Head of Tech consulting, you will orchestrate Digital Pills' technological ecosystem, ensuring strategic alignment, continuous innovation, and maximization of our technical capabilities for business and client value.
You’ll coordinate our Communities of Practice, guide R&D initiatives, and translate complex technical capabilities into tangible commercial opportunities. This role requires both strategic vision and hands‑on technical credibility to lead our technology evolution.
Technology leadership & strategy
- Orchestrate and coordinate Communities of Practice (data engineering, data science, BI, UX, analytics engineering)
- Create cross-pollination and synergies between technical disciplines
- Define technology roadmap aligned with business strategy
- Guide technical standard-setting and best practices across CoPs
- Lead innovation initiatives with market technology vision
- Identify emerging technology trends and assess their business potential
- Direct R&D activities to create competitive advantages
Business & technology translation
- Rationalize and simplify technical capabilities for client communication
- Translate technical benefits into tangible business value propositions
- Support creation and commercialization of new service offerings and complex sales proposals
- Bridge technical possibilities with market opportunities
- Guide and lead Digital Pills consulting teams on strategic projects with a strong focus on technology
Product & cross‑CoP management
- Product ownership of internal products
- Manage cross‑CoP activities (data governance, technical standards)
- Coordinate complex technical projects spanning multiple disciplines
- Ensure alignment between technical execution and business objectives
Analytics & Optimization
- Develop tactical reporting systems for continuous optimization
- Use data‑driven approach to optimize all marketing activities
- Provide sales enablement through high‑quality leads and supporting materials
First‑year mission
- Establish CoP orchestration framework – Create systematic coordination mechanisms between CoPs
- Define tech strategy – Develop comprehensive roadmap aligning technical capabilities with business goals
- Optimize technical assets – Rationalize and maximize value from existing technical capabilities and products
- Launch innovation pipeline – Implement structured R&D process for identifying and developing new opportunities
Education & Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the tech consulting industry, with a proven progression into leadership roles.
- Technical background in data science, data engineering, or analytics engineering, with solid hands‑on experience.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams or Communities of Practice.
- Strong track record in translating technical capabilities into business value and in shaping commercial proposals.
Minimum C1 English level. This role involves international positioning, strategy development, and global initiatives with clients worldwide, making advanced English proficiency fundamental to success.
- Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services.
- Analytics & Business Intelligence: Familiarity with BI tools and ecosystems.
- Technology Stack: Understanding of modern data technology stacks.
- Artificial Intelligence: Experience with ML, generative AI, and AI‑driven solutions.
- Data Governance: Knowledge of governance frameworks and best practices.
