For a multinational client operating in the manufacturing sector, we are looking for a Group Sales Controller to be placed reporting directly to the Group Head of Controlling.

Responsibilities

The resource will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Monitoring and analysis of group-level commercial performance (revenue, margins, volumes, product mix).
  • Support in defining the sales budget and forecast.
  • Collaboration with Finance and Sales teams for the preparation of monthly and quarterly reporting.
  • Identification of variances and proposal of corrective actions.
  • Development and optimization of control tools and commercial KPIs.
  • Support for strategic decisions through ad hoc analyses and business cases.
  • Support in SAP FI-CO implementation.
  • Coordination with different countries and business units to ensure data consistency and quality.

Your Profile

Professionals possessing the following requirements will be taken into consideration:

  • Degree in Economics, Management Engineering or similar.
  • At least 8 years of experience in commercial controlling roles, preferably in multinational environments.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, SAP FI-CO and BI tools.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong analytical skills, results-oriented, proactive and excellent communication abilities.
