What you'll achieve
As the Group Learning Senior Specialist you will join Dedalus Group HR team reporting to the Group Head of Talent Learning and Inclusion. The aim of this role is to support us in continuing to build and scale our global learning capability at Dedalus.
You will:
- Manage global training programmes across the employee lifecycle (including but not limited to onboarding, diversity & inclusion, development programmes, reskilling, etc. from planning and design to implementation and evaluation).
- Work directly with subject‑matter experts and stakeholders to collate learning business needs as well as design and deliver structured regional plans. Manage the global training calendar to ensure effective rollouts.
- Manage our learning content provider, maintaining the relationship with the provider and ensuring internal promotion and engagement of the platform is managed. This includes licence management to learning path creation.
- Establish and reinforce global training standards, processes and best practices including compliance with our governance model.
- Support the development and rollout of initiatives to scale delivery across regions and build an engaged learning community.
- Manage and optimise the use of LMS (Workday) including course and learning paths set‑up, monitoring and reporting.
- Create and curate engaging content for a range of training delivery methods such as digital and instructor‑led content.
- Monitor participation and effectiveness, producing regular reports and dashboards that demonstrate impact and inform improvements. Ensure learning data requests required internally and externally are met.

Essential Requirements
- 5 years experience in L&D training or instructional design
- Experience ideally in a global environment within the STEM industry
- Proven experience designing, delivering and co‑ordinating training programmes end‑to‑end
- Hands‑on experience managing an LMS including uploading courses, reporting and tracking etc. Workday Learning experience is a must
- Ability to collate information from the business and to effectively strategise and manage within clear project plans.
- Strong project management, organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency with content authoring tools (for instructor‑led and digital training) and familiarity with learning standards and models (ADDIE, Kirk, blended learning, microlearning, etc.)
- Experience with facilitation and train‑the‑trainer techniques.
- Analytical mindset and ability to use data and reporting to measure and improve learning outcomes.
- Collaborative, proactive and excited about building structure and processes from the ground up.
