A General Manager at Crazy Pizza

As the General Manager at Crazy Pizza, you are the heartbeat of the restaurant — a dynamic leader who combines operational excellence with an infectious passion for hospitality. You will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the restaurant’s daily operations, ensuring seamless service, financial performance, and a guest experience that embodies the vibrant, high-energy spirit of Crazy Pizza.

Your day to day:

• Lead all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth coordination between front of house and kitchen teams.
• Maintain the lively, upbeat atmosphere that defines Crazy Pizza while guaranteeing an exceptional guest experience at every touchpoint.
• Monitor and drive financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key business objectives.
• Oversee inventory management, supplier relations, and stock control to ensure efficiency and quality at all times.
• Uphold the highest standards of food, beverage, and service execution in line with brand expectations and company values.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a passionate team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Who are you?

• Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast-paced environment, preferably within the hospitality or fine dining sector
• Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, from customer service to kitchen management
• Passion for hospitality with a friendly disposition to smile.
• Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently.
• Solid financial acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling costs
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving and computer skills
