More About The Role

We’re looking for a Junior Field Service Engineer to join our Customer Service team in Milan, Italy . After an initial training period you will support commissioning, maintenance, and customer assistance activities, ensuring proper system operation and a high level of service.

Main Responsibilities

• Technical claim handling and incident resolution
• Installed base Maintenance Services
• Perform routine and corrective maintenance activities
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with the support of senior colleagues
• System commissioning
• Prepare technical reports on the activities carried out
• Provide technical support and basic training to end users

Skills And Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree in engineering (mechanical, electronic, automation, or related fields)
• Basic knowledge of electromechanics, electronics, and/or industrial automation
• Ability to use measuring and diagnostic tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical approach
• Teamwork attitude and customer-oriented mindset
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Fluent Italian speaker due to customer interactions
• Frequent availability to travel domestically and, when required, internationally
