The Field Quality Specialist will be the person in charge to follow up the resolution of the issue raised from the Field, collecting information from the PDI and transferring it into the Factory quality system and collaborating with all the other teams (Manufacturing Engineering, Build quality, manufacturing, Engineering, Customer support). He will get in contact with Supplier if needed for issue resolution, especially for topics related to PPR. He has the responsibility to ensure that the feedback from factory to the Customer support is given in a timely manner, interacting with the different stakeholders.
The Field Quality specialist will collaborate to monitor and share the KPIs, and propose system improvement to reduce the Time to fix (TTF).
Your Impact
- PPR Support: Responsible for supporting the issue resolution inside the factory. The incumbent will bring the information to the production line/ manufacturing Eng. / Eng., make the investigation to help the root cause identification, and will collect the information and share with the stakeholders.
- PDI analysis and actions follow up: Responsible for monitoring the PDIs submitted by dealers. Investigate and take actions into the factory for the fast issue resolution.
- Factory Communication: Communicate the issue from the field (PDI & concern from the field) to the Factory and ensure that the solution feedback is routed to the Product Customer support.
Your Experience And Qualification
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a quality environment
- Experience with mobile equipment (such as agricultural, construction or forestry equipment; on/off-road trucks; or, automobiles)
- Knowledgeable of Industrial Process and technology
- Experience in Problem solving methods
- English/Italian Speaker
