FASHION PRODUCER (In house role)

Objective

We are looking for an in-house Fashion Producer to join our team and lead the end-to-end production process for fashion campaigns, photo and video shoots, ensuring creative excellence, operational efficiency, and seamless coordination across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all stages of production for photo and video content. From concept development to final delivery.
• Coordinate with creative, art direction, styling, photography, and post-production teams.
• Manage production budgets, timelines, and supplier relations, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Supervise on-set operations and logistics, ensuring smooth execution during shoot days.
• Source, negotiate, and manage external vendors (studios, locations, crew, set design, etc.).
• Work closely with internal stakeholders ( to align creative goals with brand strategy.
• Guarantee quality standards, consistency, and brand identity across all produced assets.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fashion Producer within a brand, agency, or production company.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Deep understanding of fashion industry production standards and workflows.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English
