Key Responsibilities
- Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities and calendars
- Management of multiple complex calendars and scheduling requirements
- Act as a liaison for direct reports
- Drive key team activities such as staff meeting agendas, all‑hands meetings and supply ordering
- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables, following up on items
- Coordinate travel for executives
- Participate in planning of events
- Have fun at work and help others do the same
- Work with other assistants throughout Domain Services and across the rest of the company

Working in a highly ambiguous environment, you will demonstrate initiative, complete tasks and projects quickly, and proactively take action without knowing the total picture. You will learn organizational structures and objectives of the teams you support, build a strong internal network, and apply superior attention to detail, great organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining flexibility and grace under pressure. Over time, you will build deep and trusting professional relationships with the leaders and their teams, leading to special projects, increased responsibility, and long‑term career growth.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive assistant experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- Ability to handle administrative details independently while exercising good judgment in keeping team members informed
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of executive assistant experience
- Experience working with large global teams
- Experience with end‑to‑end project management
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience with workspace planning/management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on factors such as location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon may offer equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
