At Taller Marmo, we are looking for an E-commerce Logistics Intern who is highly motivated to join a fast-growing company in the high-end Made in Italy fashion sector.
The role is based in our Milan office (Ripamonti area) and involves close collaboration with the e-commerce, production, and product development teams, providing a comprehensive view of operational processes and contributing to daily activities.
Shipping & Returns
- Iron the garments for shipment, with great care and attention to detail
- Prepare shipping documentation, proceed with packing, and handover to couriers
- Coordinate with courier partners to resolve any issues or delays
- Manage returns, including product quality checks and customer refunds
Warehouse Operations
- Manage inbound stock and warehouse loading activities
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the e-commerce warehouse and packing materials
- Support annual inventory processes
Shooting & Events
- Provide operational support during photoshoots and events
- Strong attention to detail
- Passion for product and fashion
- Highly organized and tidy
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitude
- Fluent in Italian and English
