We’re looking for a Digital Product Marketing Specialist to lead the optimization of our e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and lead generation channels across national and international markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute product marketing strategies aimed at boosting sales and inbound lead generation. Manage and continuously improve digital assets : e-commerce, CRM systems, landing pages, and lead platforms. Increase the contribution of digital channels to become the main source of qualified leads and direct sales. Work closely with Sales to align on lead generation goals and ensure lead quality and conversion. Use data and performance analytics to monitor results and optimize digital initiatives. Launch and adapt digital product campaigns across Italy and international markets. Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, and CRM teams to ensure full channel integration. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to uncover new promotional opportunities. Requirements 3–5 years of experience in product marketing, digital sales, or related areas. Strong sales-driven mindset , used to working with KPIs and lead generation goals. In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead gen tools. Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and campaign reporting. Data-driven mindset and strong result orientation . Experience working in both national and international markets . Fluent in English , both written and spoken. Proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in cross-functional team environments .
