Weβre looking for a Digital Product Marketing Specialist to lead the optimization of our e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, and lead generation channels across national and international markets. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies aimed at boosting sales and inbound lead generation.
- Manage and continuously improve digital assets : e-commerce, CRM systems, landing pages, and lead platforms.
- Increase the contribution of digital channels to become the main source of qualified leads and direct sales.
- Work closely with Sales to align on lead generation goals and ensure lead quality and conversion.
- Use data and performance analytics to monitor results and optimize digital initiatives.
- Launch and adapt digital product campaigns across Italy and international markets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Digital, and CRM teams to ensure full channel integration.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to uncover new promotional opportunities.
Requirements
- 3β5 years of experience in product marketing, digital sales, or related areas.
- Strong sales-driven mindset , used to working with KPIs and lead generation goals.
- In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation, and lead gen tools.
- Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics, CRM dashboards, and campaign reporting.
- Data-driven mindset and strong result orientation .
- Experience working in both national and international markets .
- Fluent in English , both written and spoken.
- Proactive, entrepreneurial, and comfortable in cross-functional team environments .
